It does not matter who is right since they all agree with the points that can trigger rosacea. The following list of factors can come in handy for those who noticed the first symptoms of rosacea. First of all smoking is known to be one of the reasons of countless number of diseases and rosacea is not an exception. It goes without saying that any kind of stress also affects our well-being greatly and what we feel becomes evident on our skin as well. Heavy physical work may also contribute to outburst of rosacea. And one of the most spread factors among females are women’s diseases that lead to hormonal disorders and as a result it worsens skin. Some cosmetologists claim that excessive sun exposure or solarium abuse may also contribute to vascular system damage. One should not forget about junk food that undoubtedly do harm to skin cells (chocolate, fast food, smoked food and of course alcohol).
All the above mentioned factors influence our skin greatly.
